 <note>This research method is a quantitative research. This research is intended to explain the influence of product quality and discount on buying decision of startup brand: cerma. The sample in this research was determined using slovin method with purposive sampling technique with the result of 113 respondents are acquired. Data processing software used in this research was IBM SPSS Statistic ver.23.0. The data collection technique used in this research was questionnaires with 5 Likert scale.Data analysis technique used in this research was simple and multiple linier regression, continued by primary data analysis technique and Classic Assumption Tes. The result of the research shows that product quality and discount positively influenced buying decisison partially. Simultaneously, product quality and discount also positively influenced buying decision, these conclusions were proven by the result of significance value of each analysis that were</note>
